One of the ladies who were seen assaulting 90-year-old Akua Denteh has been arrested, 3news.com has gathered.
She was arrested at Kejewu Botor, a farming community in the East Gonja Municipality of the Savannah Region.
According to a source Kejewu Botor, the arrest on Thursday followed a tip-off from members of the community.
The source added that police stationed around the area were immediately informed about her presence, leading to her arrest.
She has since been moved from the community by two police officers and two military men.
